Send an email to spalonis (at) ltu.edu to reserve a spot.
Each volunteer, coach and student team member (or parent/guardian if under 18) must complete a Consent & Release form for the season. Forms can be completed online during team registration or turned in at the Qualifying Site. We may ask for an additional form at the Championship competitions.
