Dear RoboFest Friends & Family: As announced before, there will be a free special class "Lego robots with Java programming" for Advanced Robot Division teams on Friday, March 15, 4:30 - 7:30pm and on Saturday, March 16, 9:00 - Noon Topics of the class include: Introduction to Java (Basic object-oriented Programming concepts), how to start to use LeJos, sample Lego robot programs, and multi-threading basics. In order to reserve seats for this class, a registered RoboFest coach in "adva nced division" must request an email to robofest@ltu164.ltu.edu Before March 8th. The email must include name and grade of the student(s). Also, they must bring the following items in order to take the class - at least one Lego RCX brick and tower per team - at least one laptop per team - Lego pieces and batteries Seats are limited, so please apply as soon as possible.
